A Spore Catcher is a device used to monitor and analyze pathogenic spores in the air. It consists of a high-power optical microscopy imaging system, precision limit technology, automatic intelligent focusing fusion technology, and IoT transmission control technology. Utilizing optoelectronic and numerical control technologies, it collects air samples through an efficient filtration device, trapping spores on a filter screen or collection component. High-resolution optical microscopes and artificial intelligence algorithms are then used to accurately identify and analyze the spores. Once pathogenic spores are detected, the system immediately activates a camera for real-time online imaging, providing a basis for subsequent analysis and diagnosis. Widely applied in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and other fields, the Spore Catcher helps staff detect early signs of plant diseases and insect pests, provides reliable data for predicting and preventing disease epidemics and infections, enables effective control measures, and safeguards the healthy growth of crops and forest trees.
The Fengtu brand Spore Catcher is recommended. Through high-power optical microscopy imaging technology, precision limit technology, automatic intelligent focusing fusion technology, and IoT transmission control technology, it can capture images of tiny spore targets and upload them to an agricultural cloud platform in real time. The platform uses image optimization algorithms to accurately process and analyze the images.
The device features horizontal and vertical dual-axis motors internally. With a built-in slide glass, it can cumulatively display the current usage level. The platform reminds users of slide glass replacement time when due. The slide glass can be manually reset with password protection and can also be manually replaced. Through a specially designed air duct for airflow circulation, the air inlet and outlet form an air channel, effectively reducing collection repetition rate, shortening sampling time, and improving collection efficiency.
The interface can display the single sampling progress of the slide glass in real time. It supports both automatic and manual working modes. Equipped with a built-in 10.4-inch high-definition large screen and a Windows operating system, it has a user-friendly human-machine interface, supporting local viewing of captured photos, device parameter configuration, device control, and other functions. It allows arbitrary setting of working time and sampling frequency and supports automatic time synchronization with the server.
For communication, it uses 4G upload based on cellular networks via TCP/IP, supports dynamic domain name resolution (DNS), and can upload data to a remote monitoring software platform by inserting a SIM card. The power supply is 220VAC, with an optional 480W 200Ah solar power supply to adapt to different environments.

In Wales, rain seems to be a frequent visitor. The UK has an average of 159 rainy days per year, while Wales has as many as 173 days. So far in 2024, there have been even more rainy days than sunny days. The never-ending rain often makes people feel gloomy. But do you know that going for a walk on a...

Traditional visibility detection equipment is often limited by fixed installation positions, posing many inconveniences for visibility monitoring in complex terrains, large-area regions, and special mission environments. However, UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) offer unique advantages such as flexib...
Visibility can be measured by visual observation, relying on manual inspection to estimate the visibility distance based on whether a certain reference object is visible. This method is simple and intuitive, but it is highly subjective and has poor standardization and objectivity. We recommend using...
