Soil Aggregate Structure Meter Performance Introduction:
Our factory cooperated with Beijing colleges and universities and relevant scientific research units of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop the Soil Aggregate Structure Meter, a soil research instrument for experiments and teaching research. Our factory's analyzer uses a horizontal frequency-modulated motor produced by Taiwan technology; it has stable performance and low failure rate. The special advantages are that this machine is noiseless and can adjust the speed; timing performance. This machine is also equipped with a US-52 speed controller, which has a stable up and down speed and convenient and fast speed adjustment. The user only needs to turn the speed control button to the 70 position, and the up and down speed of the screen is 30 times per minute. If it is adjusted to the lowest point, it will be 1 time per minute, and when it is adjusted to the highest point, the up and down speed is 40 times per minute, which meets the user's requirements for the number of times of different experiments. The machine is also equipped with a 1-60 minute timer, and the user can control the experimental time at will according to the experimental requirements, and it will automatically stop at the set time.
Soil Aggregate Structure Meter uses:
Soil Aggregate Structure Meter can separate soil particles of standard size without affecting the soil structure. The instrument contains 5 standard sieve apertures (5.0mm, 2.0mm, 1.0mm, 0.5mm, 0.25mm) separation sieves. Through the up and down oscillation of the separation sieve in the water, 5 kinds of aggregates of different particle sizes are finally separated from the soil. 4 samples can be analyzed at the same time. (Note: The 5.0mm sieve can be replaced with a 0.106mm sieve according to user needs)
Soil Aggregate Structure Meter Application:
Soil aggregate structure plays an important role in soil fertility. A good aggregate structure should generally have three properties: a certain size, too large or too small is not conducive to forming an appropriate void ratio; multiple levels of voids, large voids are breathable and water permeable, and small voids retain water and fertilizer; and a certain stability, namely water stability, mechanical stability and biological stability. A good aggregate structure is the basis of soil fertility. The relationship between aggregate structure and soil fertility is mainly manifested in the following aspects: regulating the contradiction between soil moisture and air; coordinating the contradiction between soil nutrient consumption and accumulation; stabilizing soil temperature; improving soil tillage, which is conducive to the extension of crop roots.
Soil Aggregate Structure Meter Equipment Configuration:

1) Oscillating rack, which can hold four sets of sieves, with an up and down moving distance of 4 cm and an up and down oscillation speed of 30 times per minute.
2) Four buckets, 31.5 cm high and 18 cm in diameter, made of stainless steel.
