one. Online cod turbidity sensor working principle
The sensor uses two light sources for measurement, one for COD measurement and one for turbidity measurement.
Because organic matter dissolved in water absorbs ultraviolet light, the COD value can be measured through the transmittance of the light source, along with turbidity measurement, automatic turbidity compensation, and temperature collection for temperature compensation.

five. Online cod turbidity sensor user calibration
The sensor has been rigorously calibrated when it leaves the factory, and generally does not require user calibration. If user calibration is performed, you can execute the factory reset command if you want to restore it.
5.1 Zero point calibration
Integrate the sensor into the container. Use distilled or purified water for the solution. After the value stabilizes for 30 seconds, perform turbidity zero point calibration and COD zero point calibration according to the communication instructions.
5.2 Slope calibration
Integrate the sensor into the solution container. The turbidity value of the solution is known. After the value stabilizes for 30 seconds, perform turbidity slope calibration according to the communication instructions.
