Its value can reflect the conditions of water vapor and particulate matter in the atmosphere, helping meteorological experts accurately predict weather changes and making weather forecasts more precise and reliable. In the field of transportation, the influence of visibility is extremely prominent. In land transportation, low visibility conditions such as thick fog and sandstorms can seriously obstruct drivers' sightlines, greatly increasing the risk of vehicle collisions. In air transportation, visibility is directly related to the safety of flight takeoffs and landings as well as the operation order of airports. Poor visibility may cause flight delays, cancellations, and even threaten flight safety.
The Visibility detector FT-N10A3 of Fengtu Technology has a durable and stable stainless steel body. Its explosion-proof design enables it to operate stably in special high-risk environments and coastal areas. The measurement range is from 10 meters to 10 kilometers and can be extended as needed. In terms of accuracy, it can reach +2% from 10 meters to 2 kilometers, +5% from 10 meters to 10 kilometers, and ±10% for distances greater than 10 kilometers.
It can be optionally equipped with a weather phenomenon detection module, which can accurately identify various precipitation types and weather conditions. It can also measure the intensity and cumulative amount of precipitation. Its structure is ingenious and reasonable, solid and simple, with good stability and reliability, low energy consumption and maintenance difficulty. The optical lens has an automatic heating control module, enabling it to work normally in an environment of -40°C to +50°C and 0 to 100% humidity. The power supply supports DC12 - 30V direct current, the communication baud rate is 4800 - 19200, it has RS485/RS232 digital communication interfaces, and an analog output interface can also be optionally equipped for convenient data transmission and system integration.
