1.Net radiometer product overview
Net radiometer is used to measure the net difference between the full-band radiation projected downward from the sky and the full-band radiation projected upward from the earth's surface. The measurement range is 0.3 to 3 microns of short-wave radiation and 3 to 100 microns of earth radiation. It is used for soil moisture evaporation and transpiration calculations, and research on building mechanisms related to heat balance.
Net radiometer is widely used in agricultural meteorology, calculation of total soil moisture evaporation and transpiration loss, prevention of crop disasters and research on building mechanisms related to thermal balance.
2. Net radiometer product features
1. Low cost and high cost performance.
2. Suitable for various harsh environments.
3. Passive precise measurement.
4. High sensitivity.
5. Analog and digital dual output signals.
6. Easy to use and maintain.
3. Net radiometer application scenarios
1. Agricultural and forestry ecology research.
2. Calculation of total soil moisture evaporation and transpiration loss.
3. Prevention of crop disasters.
4. Research on building mechanisms related to thermal balance.
4. Working principle of Net radiometer
The working principle of the net radiometer is the thermoelectric effect. The sensing part is a thermopile composed of copper-plated constantan wire, and the thermopile is coated with imported high-absorption matte black coating. The two thermopiles receive solar radiation and earth radiation respectively. Due to the different radiation absorbed by the upper and lower sensing surfaces, a temperature difference is generated at both ends of the thermopile, and its output electromotive force is proportional to the difference in irradiance received by the sensing surface.
Net radiometer is equipped with a hemispherical special polyethylene film cover that can transmit short-wave radiation (0.3-3 microns) and long-wave radiation (3-100 microns) to prevent wind and rain from affecting the output of the radiometer and protect the sensing surface. The output radiation (W/m2) = measured output voltage signal value (μV) ÷ sensitivity coefficient (μV/W•m-2). Each sensor is given a calibrated sensitivity coefficient.
