Plant Disease Detection and Monitoring is specifically developed for monitoring crop diseases such as wheat stripe rust, strictly adhering to the GB/T 24689.1-2009 national plant protection machinery standard, integrating multiple core functions to achieve full automation of the monitoring process. The equipment is equipped with a professional meteorological data acquisition module, capable of real-time monitoring of multiple environmental indicators such as air temperature and humidity, wind speed and direction, and rainfall. Combined with a built-in disease prediction model, it accurately assesses the trend of disease outbreaks in the field and provides early warnings of potential outbreaks. Simultaneously, the equipment features an intelligent spore capture and 1000x magnification microscopic imaging system, enabling 24/7 uninterrupted collection of pathogen spores from the field. It automatically completes image capture, optimal imaging, and image storage, with image clarity meeting the standards for artificial spore species identification, achieving visual verification of disease sources.
The hardware configuration is adapted to long-term field operation needs. The stainless steel powder-coated shell provides excellent protection, and the 15-inch high-definition touchscreen and Windows system offer convenient operation. The extra-long dedicated glass carrier belt can support 600 days of continuous operation, automatically completing the entire process of loading, capturing, imaging, and retrieval. The equipment supports multiple operating modes for easy switching, adapting to different monitoring scenarios. Relying on BeiDou and GPS positioning and network transmission modules, it can upload equipment parameters, meteorological data, and disease images to a cloud platform in real time, building a dynamic comparison database.
