Traditional agriculture relies on manual work, which is time-consuming and error-prone; modern agricultural sensing data is single, lacking intelligent management and analysis, making it difficult to realize early warning and linkage. Crop Monitoring and Scouting leverages technologies such as the Internet of Things to reduce energy consumption and enable scientific planting. By collecting real-time data on soil, meteorology, water quality, and pest conditions, it builds a database to formulate scientific measures for different crops in various growth cycles.
The system framework is divided into four layers: the business layer includes data management and analysis; the platform layer is the four-condition (crop, soil, meteorology, pest) monitoring platform; the network layer includes communication networks; and the terminal layer consists of various monitoring and irrigation equipment.
The system functions focus on key monitoring aspects: the soil system monitors parameters such as temperature and moisture and issues alarms; the meteorology and water quality system monitors various indicators; the pest and spore systems monitor their respective conditions; in addition, there are crop monitoring and intelligent irrigation systems.
The agricultural four-condition monitoring platform integrates multiple aspects of monitoring and supports access via PC and APP. The platform has rich functions, including monitoring, various monitoring modules, statistical analysis, and irrigation management. Large-screen visualization and mobile APP enhance management convenience, and it also supports secondary development and personalized configuration.
This system has a wide range of applications. It can assist in scientific irrigation of farmland, pest control in orchards, environmental regulation of greenhouses, etc., provide data support for agricultural scientific research, and is of great significance for promoting agricultural modernization.
