Automatic Water Sampler is an intelligent device adapted for monitoring industrial wastewater and natural water bodies. It supports single and continuous mixed sampling of wastewater from discharge outlets, and features remote emptying, constant-temperature sample storage, and automatic dosing functions, ensuring the authenticity and compliance of water samples. It is suitable for various online water quality monitoring scenarios.
Automatic Water Sampler is a core intelligent device in the field of water environment monitoring, primarily used in river and lake water quality testing, industrial wastewater discharge outlet monitoring, and wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance management. It can replace traditional manual sampling methods, completing standardized and automated water sample collection and retention, providing reliable sample support for online water quality analysis and environmental compliance verification. The core of the device is used for wastewater collection at discharge outlets, and it can flexibly switch between single sampling and continuous mixed sampling modes. The collected mixed water samples can be directly connected to online analysis equipment to achieve routine and precise monitoring of discharged water quality.
The Automatic Water Sampler system employs a dual-tank configuration (A/B), with each tank having a 5L capacity. This allows for simultaneous continuous mixed sampling, instrument-based sampling, retention of samples exceeding standards, and parallel sample collection. It can also store two samples, accommodating both enterprise self-inspection and regulatory verification sampling needs. Unlike traditional pipeline valve-based venting structures, this equipment uses an automatic rotary table with a lifting mechanism for venting. The overall pipeline is simple and compact, significantly reducing potential failure points. It also carries 24 sampling bottles, providing ample storage capacity for long-term, high-frequency sampling operations. The equipment supports remote intelligent control, utilizing RS232 and RS485 dual communication interfaces. Operations such as single or multiple bottle venting, sampling parameter setting, and execution of work commands can be remotely completed on a monitoring platform, adapting to unattended monitoring scenarios.
To ensure the accuracy of water sample monitoring, the Automatic Water Sampler system is equipped with a multi-channel automatic preservative addition module, which can accurately add preservatives such as dilute sulfuric acid and dilute nitric acid, effectively maintaining the original physicochemical properties of the water sample and ensuring sample representativeness. The equipment enclosure features constant temperature storage capabilities, maintaining a stable temperature of 4±2℃ year-round to avoid the impact of temperature fluctuations on water samples. Structurally, it employs a water-electricity separation design, completely isolating the control module from the mechanical water intake structure, significantly improving the safety and stability of equipment operation. Simultaneously, the pipeline includes a backflushing function to thoroughly remove residual wastewater and prevent cross-contamination of samples. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with an electronic access control system that automatically generates and uploads operation passwords and running records. Combined with manual comparison of sampling ports and instantaneous water sample collection functions, it comprehensively meets the water quality monitoring standards and usage requirements in various scenarios.
