In meteorological observation and environmental monitoring, visibility is a key indicator, which is of great significance to traffic safety, navigation operations, and meteorological research. The Fengtu FT-N10A2 Visibility Sensor features a stainless steel body design, allowing it to be used with confidence in high-salt and humid environments.
The sensor operates based on the principle of aerosol forward scattering. The transmitter emits infrared pulsed light, and the receiver synchronously detects the intensity of the pulsed light forward-scattered by aerosol particles in the atmosphere. The measurement information is collected by a microprocessor controller and converted into meteorological optical range (MOR) through a mathematical model algorithm, accurately presenting the visibility situation. Compared with traditional methods, it can obtain data more quickly and accurately, improving monitoring efficiency.
Meanwhile, stainless steel has high strength and hardness, making the body sturdy and durable, able to withstand collisions and vibrations in scenarios such as ships and drilling platforms.
On the vast sea, low visibility conditions such as fog can occur at any time, affecting the navigation safety of ships. The Fengtu FT-N10A2 Visibility Sensor, installed on ships, can monitor the visibility of the surrounding environment in real-time, providing crew members with accurate navigation information, helping them adjust navigation strategies in a timely manner, and avoiding dangerous accidents such as collisions.
The meteorological conditions in coastal areas are complex and changeable, and the high-salt and humid environment has strict requirements for meteorological observation equipment. Therefore, this sensor can be used in coastal meteorological stations to accurately monitor atmospheric visibility and provide important data for meteorological departments.
Drilling platforms are located in special marine environments, and equipment needs to adapt to working conditions with high salt, humidity, and large operational vibrations. The FT-N10A2 Visibility Sensor can work stably, providing real-time visibility data for the operators on the drilling platform.

In canal shipping, visibility is a key factor affecting the safety of ship navigation. Weather conditions such as fog, haze, rain, and snow can reduce visibility on canals, making it difficult for ship drivers to clearly identify waterways, navigation marks, and other ships, increasing the risk of a...
Microclimate refers to the special climate formed in the atmosphere of a local area, which is different from the macroclimate, due to differences in underlying surface factors such as surface properties, terrain, and vegetation. Compared with the macroclimate, the microclimate is closer to human pro...
On the stage of nature, agriculture and meteorology are an inseparable pair of dancing partners. The growth, development, yield, and quality of agricultural crops are all directly affected by the weather. Temperature, light, and moisture, these three meteorological elements, constitute the cornersto...
The negative oxygen ion monitoring system is a monitoring station that automatically collects air cleanliness index data in tourist scenic spots and ecological parks (such as artificial wetlands, ecological scenic spots, botanical gardens, etc.). ).Monitor the negative oxygen ions, temperature, humidity, PM2.5 and other environmental quality parameters in scenic spots....
