A Portable Weather Station is a mobile observation device that integrates multiple meteorological sensors. It is capable of monitoring and recording various atmospheric environmental elements in real-time, providing accurate on-site data support for core meteorological operations, emergency monitoring, scientific research, and specialized fields.
A complete Portable Weather Station consists of three main components. The first is the sensor unit, which is the core of its data acquisition. It typically includes temperature and humidity sensors for measuring air temperature and humidity, a pressure sensor for measuring atmospheric pressure, wind sensors for measuring wind speed and direction, and a rainfall sensor for measuring precipitation. It can also integrate a radiation sensor for measuring total solar radiation, soil parameter sensors for measuring soil temperature and moisture, and even atmospheric environment sensors for monitoring PM2.5 and other pollutants. The second is the data acquisition and processing unit, which is responsible for receiving signals from various sensors, converting them into digital information, and performing preliminary calculations, quality control, and storage. The third is the power supply and communication unit. It typically uses a built-in battery combined with solar panels, allowing for extended operation in field environments without grid power. The communication module is responsible for wirelessly transmitting the collected meteorological data to a designated data center or cloud platform via GPRS, 4G/5G, or satellite communication.
All components are compactly integrated into one or two lightweight cases, making the deployment and workflow highly efficient: upon arriving at the observation site, the user only needs to complete a few simple steps, such as setting up the tripod and powering on the system. The station can then quickly enter an automatic observation and data transmission state, achieving rapid deployment and immediate operation.
It can quickly establish temporary observation points at sites of severe weather events, such as typhoons and heavy rain, filling observational gaps left by fixed station networks and providing critical information for early warning and decision-making. It offers customized meteorological services for various professional activities, including environmental monitoring, forest fire prevention, hydrology and water resources, scientific research, and large-scale outdoor events.

In our daily life, we often encounter severe weather such as haze and patchy fog. During these times, the atmospheric visibility is extremely low, just like a veil covering our eyes. It's a very unpleasant feeling, and such conditions are also prone to causing traffic accidents. So, is there a w...
Road Weather Stations provide crucial basic data. They accurately monitor the temperature. When the temperature drops below 0°C, the road may freeze. This data enables the traffic management department to issue early warnings and take timely measures such as spreading salt to melt snow or closing t...
A tunnel is a passage structure built underground or inside a mountain, mainly used to connect two places and cross obstacles. It is commonly found in highway, railway, water conservancy and other projects. It provides a convenient path for transportation and logistics, especially in areas with comp...
In recent years, the construction of high-standard farmland has achieved remarkable results, with its core being "turning small plots into large ones" and "transforming grain fields into fertile ones". In the past, farmland fragmentation was severe, with ridges crisscrossing each...
