Lightning detection sensor integrates five types of sensors: pH, oxygen dissolved, conductivity, turbidity, and temperature. It employs multiple detection principles, including fluorescence, glass electrode, and light scattering methods. Connecting to a host computer or cloud platform via RS485 and other communication interfaces, it is suitable for surface water, wastewater, and aquaculture applications.
Lightning detection sensor is an integrated device capable of simultaneously measuring multiple water quality parameters. This instrument integrates various sensors and measurement modules, quickly and accurately recording five key indicators in water: pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, and water temperature. Parameters can be flexibly combined and configured according to application requirements. Regarding detection principles, the pH electrode commonly uses the glass electrode method, deriving the pH value by measuring the battery electromotive force. This method is consistent with the national standard GB 6920-86. Dissolved oxygen detection uses the fluorescence method, based on the quenching effect of oxygen molecules on fluorescent substances. It is unaffected by acidic gases such as CO₂ and H₂S, making it suitable for harsh environments. Conductivity detection employs the quadrupole electrode method, and turbidity detection uses the 90° light scattering method. Equipped with an automatic cleaning device, it ensures long-term stable operation. Lightning detection sensors are available in online and portable versions. Online monitoring devices, such as the FT-QSZ05, are designed for continuous automatic monitoring, featuring an RS485 digital interface for connection to IoT monitoring systems, allowing real-time data viewing on mobile phones, tablets, and computers. Portable devices, such as the FT-SS05, support wireless connectivity and multiple probe combinations, suitable for testing various water quality parameters such as pH/ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and turbidity, and are ideal for emergency field monitoring and laboratory analysis.
In terms of application areas, lightning detection sensors are widely used for surface water monitoring, groundwater monitoring, wastewater treatment plant influent and effluent monitoring, aquaculture water quality management, and drinking water safety testing. Some products can be flexibly configured with extended parameters according to customer needs, including ORP, residual chlorine, COD, ammonia nitrogen, suspended solids, chlorophyll, and cyanobacteria. The data acquisition system collects water quality data through sensors, processes and analyzes it using software, and enables real-time monitoring and early warning of water quality. The instruments generally support RS485 communication via the Modbus protocol, facilitating easy connection and data transmission with PLCs, DCSs, configuration software, DTUs, and other devices. The products possess high protection levels and anti-interference capabilities, adapting to various harsh environments and ensuring long-term stable operation.
